- EltaMD products are available online to U.S. customers only.
- EltaMD orders are shipped to contiguous U.S. residential addresses only, and can take up to 6 business days to be delivered (excluding holidays).
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders can take up to 2 business days to process (slightly longer during peak holiday times).
- Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST, or on a Saturday/Sunday will not begin processing until the following business day (excluding holidays).
- We offer the following Shipping Tiers and Fees (after any applicable discounts and before taxes):
- Free Standard shipping (est. 4 to 6 business days) for all orders of $75 or more
- $5.95 shipping charge fee for Standard shipping (est. 4 to 6 business days) on orders between $35 and $75
- $7.95 shipping charge fee for Standard shipping (est. 4 to 6 business days) on orders up to $35
- Standard shipping orders are delivered via USPS to the shipping address Monday thru Saturday (excluding holidays).
- Free Shipping promotions for orders below $75 are valid on Standard shipping only.
- Each order will be shipped to one address only and cannot split ship products.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, FPO & DPO addresses, and to customers outside of the United States.
- Orders of $500 or more may require a signature for receipt at time of delivery.
- Shipping dates and Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Customers have up to One hour after an order has been placed to Cancel or Edit their order via the links in the Order Confirmation Screen and/or the Order Confirmation email. Orders cannot be Canceled or Edited after One Hour.
- Customers are responsible for notifying our Consumer Support team when an order has been returned to EltaMD by the shipper due to an insufficient address or other delivery issues.
- Refunds for orders that are returned to EltaMD by the shipper can take up to 14 days to process.
